General questions
How much does EventMate cost?
EventMate offers a free plan for up to 100 players. Pro plans start at 9.99 EUR per month per server for unlimited players and advanced features.
Does EventMate work with every GTA RP server?
Yes. EventMate is server-independent and works with all GTA RP servers as long as you manage the in-game IDs and names of your players.
Can I use EventMate on multiple Discord servers?
Yes, you can install EventMate on as many servers as you want. Every server has its own data and settings. Pro subscriptions are billed per server.
Are my data backed up?
Yes. All data are backed up automatically and regularly. Manual exports through the dashboard can be added on top of that.
Technical questions
The bot is offline. What should I do?
- Check the status channel in the support Discord
- Try inviting the bot again
- Review the bot permissions
- Contact support if the issue continues
Commands are not showing up
- Wait 5 minutes after bot installation so Discord can sync commands
- Check whether slash commands are enabled on your server
- Make sure the bot has the required permissions
- Try typing
/pingin a text channel
The dashboard does not load
- Clear your browser cache
- Try another browser
- Disable browser extensions
- Check your internet connection
Can I import data from another bot?
Not directly at the moment.
Event questions
How many events can run at the same time?
You can run as many events as you want in different channels. The only hard limit is the participant cap for each event.
Can players join multiple events?
Yes. Players can participate in different event types at the same time, for example Famwar and EKZ.
What happens if an event crashes?
Automatic recovery is still being improved. Right now the event data can be lost if the bot crashes during a live event.

Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes, at any time:
- Open manage subscriptionsÂ
- Click “Manage”
- Choose “Cancel subscription”
You keep Pro until the end of the already-paid billing period.
Is there a trial period?
Yes. New users get 7 days of Pro for free.
