Edit

You can usually update:

  • In-game ID
  • First name
  • Last name

Blacklist management

If Pro is active and blacklist features are enabled, you can:

  • Block or unblock a player for events
  • Block or unblock a player for family access

Delete

Deleting a player removes the stored profile permanently.

Warning: Deleted players cannot be restored from this page.

Pagination

At the bottom of the page you can move between result pages. Large servers often have many pages, so use search and filters to narrow the result set.

Search tips

Efficient searching

  1. Search by exact in-game ID for the fastest result
  2. Search by first or last name if you do not know the ID
  3. Combine filters and search terms to narrow the table quickly

Best practices

Routine maintenance

  1. Review disabled users regularly
  2. Check whether blacklist entries are still justified
  3. Keep names and IDs current

Organization

  • Use sorting to review new registrations
  • Use filters to find blocked players quickly
  • Export or document critical lists if your team depends on them

FAQ

How many players can I register?

Without Pro you are limited to 100 players. With Pro the limit is removed.

Why can I not see blacklist actions?

You need Pro, blacklist features enabled in server settings, and the correct permission.

What does “disabled” mean?

The player may have left the Discord server or was otherwise deactivated. The profile can eventually be deleted automatically depending on your cleanup rules.

Can I restore a deleted player?

No. After deletion the player must be registered again from scratch.

Can I change the Discord ID of a player?

Usually not directly. In many cases the profile must be recreated for a different Discord account.

Why is the page slower with many players?

Large datasets take longer to load. Use search and filters aggressively on big servers.

Troubleshooting

Search finds nobody

  • Check spelling
  • Clear active filters
  • Refresh the page

I cannot edit players

  • Verify that you have Manage Players
  • Ask an admin for the correct role if needed

Blacklist options are missing

  1. Open Server Settings
  2. Enable event and/or family blacklist
  3. Confirm Pro is active
  4. Reload the page

A player was deleted by mistake

The player must be registered again. Historical data linked to the deleted profile may be gone.

Tip: Search is the fastest way to find a specific player once your server grows.
