FAQ
Why is the list empty?
There are currently no open payouts. That means everybody has already been processed.
Can I undo a payout?
No. Once a payout is marked as paid, it cannot be reversed from this page.
What if I marked the wrong player?
You usually need to correct the money manually in game and document the correction with another command or audit note.
Are payouts transferred automatically?
No. EventMate creates payout entries, but a person still has to pay the player in game and then confirm it in the dashboard.
Can I review who was already paid?
Yes. Use the audit log and receipt history to review past payout actions.
