Referral program
For every friend who subscribes to Pro for the first time through your invite link, you get one month of Pro credited (€9.99). You’ll find your link in the dashboard under Billing → Invite friends.
How it works
- Share your link – Copy your invite link or pass on your eight-character code.
- Accept the invite – Your friend opens the link and signs in with Discord. Anyone who was given a code redeems it under Billing → Invite friends → Redeem a code.
- Your friend goes Pro – monthly or yearly. The free trial alone doesn’t count yet, only the first payment does.
- Credit – 14 days after the first payment we credit you €9.99.
The credit is deducted from your next invoice automatically – whether you pay monthly or yearly. If you don’t have a subscription yourself, the credit waits until you start one. It cannot be paid out.
Your overview
The stamp card on your invite pass shows how many free months you earned in the last twelve months. Next to it are three numbers:

You only see totals. You are not shown who accepted an invite or subscribed to Pro. The other way round, the invited person sees your Discord name and profile picture on the invite page.
Program terms
- The credit is for new Pro customers: the referred person must never have paid for EventMate before and must not have a running Pro subscription when accepting the invite (a free trial is fine).
- The server being subscribed must never have had a paid Pro subscription.
- Each account can accept only one invite. The first one counts.
- You cannot redeem your own link. That includes second accounts and subscriptions paid with the same payment method.
- Two accounts cannot refer each other.
- If the first payment is refunded or charged back, the credit lapses.
- Each account can earn at most 12 free months within twelve months.
- A discounted first payment still counts. A subscription that is entirely free (e.g. a 100% coupon) does not.
- We may refuse credits in cases of abuse. We may change or end the program for the future; free months already earned remain yours.
FAQ
Does my friend get something too? Not at the moment – the credit goes to the person who sent the invite.
Why does the credit take 14 days? That is the withdrawal period for the first payment. Only after that is it certain the purchase stands.
I don’t have a subscription. Does my credit expire? No. It is deducted as soon as you subscribe to Pro.
I pay yearly. How is it deducted? Each credit lowers your next yearly invoice by €9.99.
