Blacklist management
Pro feature: Blacklist management is only available with an active Pro subscription.

FAQ
Why can I not access this page?
Possible reasons:
- No active Pro subscription
- Missing Manage Blacklist permission
- The page is still loading
I do not see blacklist types
Enable them first in Server Settings, save, then reload the page.
Can a player be on both blacklists?
Yes. Event and family blacklists are separate entries.
What do blocked players see?
They usually receive an error telling them they are blocked from the relevant system.
Are blocks removed automatically?
No. Blacklist entries stay active until somebody removes them manually.
Can I export the blacklist?
There is no dedicated export on this page right now. Use screenshots, internal documentation, or audit logs if you need a record.
Troubleshooting
A blocked player can still join events
Check:
- Whether the event blacklist is enabled in server settings
- Whether the bot had time to pick up the change
- Whether the correct player ID was blocked
The block is not saved
Make sure:
- The in-game ID is correct
- A blacklist type is selected
- Your connection is stable
The player does not show up in the table
- Reset the filters
- Clear the search field
- Reload the page
The name says “not registered”
That simply means the player ID is blocked but there is no matching registered profile. The block still works.
Tip: Keep a short list of common reasons so your team writes consistent blacklist notes.
