Required permission: You need Full Access (FULL_ACCESS) to open this page and manage the subscription. Normally only the server owner and administrators should use it.
This page lets you manage the Pro subscription for your server. Pro unlocks advanced features and removes several limits.
What is Pro?
Pro is an optional subscription that gives you additional features and higher limits. EventMate still works without Pro, but with restrictions.

Try Pro free for 7 days: New users can test Pro for free. The trial starts automatically when you first activate it.
What the page shows
If you do not have Pro yet
- An information card that says there is no active subscription
- A summary of Pro advantages
- A button to upgrade
If Pro is active
- Current subscription with all details
- Plan: monthly or yearly
- Status: active with a green indicator
- Period: current billing range
- Next invoice date
- Managed by: who purchased the subscription
Activating Pro
How to enable Pro
- Click “Upgrade now”
- Choose a monthly or yearly plan
- Enter a payment method
- Complete the payment in Stripe
- Return to the dashboard
Supported payment methods typically include:
- Credit cards
- Klarna
- Amazon Pay
- Revolut Pay
- Link / Stripe express checkout
Once the checkout is complete, Pro activates immediately.
Using the trial
7-day free trial
How it works:
- Automatically available for eligible new users
- All Pro features are enabled
- No card is required just to start the trial
- You can cancel before the paid period begins
During the trial you usually see:
- An info box that the 7-day trial is active
- The date when the trial ends
- A note about the paid period that follows
Tip: You can cancel during the trial. Pro remains active until the trial ends and you are not charged if you cancel in time.
Managing the subscription
Only the subscriber can manage it
The person who originally purchased the subscription is the only one who can fully manage it in Stripe. Other people may see a lock card explaining that only the subscriber can do so.
What you can do in the Stripe portal
Click “Manage subscription” to open the Stripe customer portal. There you can:
- Change the payment method
- Download invoices
- Switch between monthly and yearly billing
- Cancel the subscription
- Review payment history
- Update billing details
Cancelling Pro
How to cancel
- Click “Manage subscription”
- In Stripe, choose “Cancel plan”
- Confirm the cancellation
What happens after cancellation?
Immediately:
- Pro remains active until the end of the already-paid period
- The dashboard shows a warning that the subscription is scheduled to end
- You can still use Pro features until that date
After expiry:
- The server falls back to the free plan
- Blacklist features are disabled
- If you already have more than 100 players, no new registrations are possible until you upgrade again
- Existing data stay intact
Do not worry: You do not lose your data when Pro expires. Only the Pro-only features are disabled.
Reactivating Pro
You can enable Pro again at any time:
- Open the subscription page
- Click “Upgrade now”
- Complete a new checkout
All features become available again immediately.
Payment problems
Status: payment overdue
If you see a red warning:
- The last charge failed
- Pro may remain active briefly depending on Stripe status
- Open “Manage subscription” and update the payment method
The bot was removed from the server
If you see a warning that the bot is no longer on the server:
- The subscription can still remain active
- Re-invite the bot or cancel the subscription if the server is no longer using EventMate
FAQ
Can I cancel monthly?
Yes. You can cancel at any time. Pro stays active until the end of the already-paid month or year.
What happens to my data after cancellation?
All data stay stored. Only Pro features are disabled.
Can I switch from monthly to yearly?
Yes. Stripe lets you change plans. Existing paid time is normally prorated.
Do I receive invoices?
Yes. Stripe automatically emails invoices and also keeps them available inside the customer portal.
Can somebody else pay for my server?
Yes. Anyone with enough dashboard access can start a subscription, but only the subscriber can manage or cancel it later.
What if I have payment issues?
Open the Stripe portal and update the payment method. If that does not solve it, contact support.
Are discounts available?
The yearly plan is cheaper than paying for 12 monthly cycles individually. Additional discounts are not generally available.
Troubleshooting
”Access denied” on this page
You need Full Access to view this page. Ask a server owner or administrator for help.
Stripe rejects my card
Common reasons:
- Expired card
- Not enough balance
- The bank blocks online payments
- Incorrect card details
Try another payment method or contact your bank.
Pro is active but features are missing
- Wait a minute because activation can take a moment
- Refresh the page
- Confirm that the correct server has the Pro subscription
- Contact support if the issue continues
I want to cancel but the button is missing
Only the original subscriber can manage the Stripe portal. Ask that person to cancel or contact support with proof of ownership if needed.
Tip: Keep a screenshot of the subscription details after activation so you always have the current plan and renewal date at hand.
